INEDIT is made from two types of beer: traditional barley malt beer and wheat beer.
This wheat beer, or white beer, is a Witbier style beer, originally from Belgium and characterized by being brewed with unmalted wheat.
Being brewed with unmalted wheat gives the beer more body and increases the sensation of volume and smoothness in the mouth.

It is a pale yellow wine, very clean, bright and with golden and greenish nuances.

It is a rounded and balanced wine, very persistent in the mouth and with a marked acidity typical of its variety.

Once at the winery, Niepoort Alonso Quijano ferments in stainless steel tanks. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, malolactic fermentation takes place, partly in the tanks (80%) and partly in barrels (20%). Finally, the wine ages in these containers for approximately 12 months.

D.O. Cava de Almendralejo. The variety is Macabeo and Parellada, which gives it aromas of green apple, pineapple and hints of almond, making it broad and polished on the palate, with a dry finish. The production process is carried out in a traditional way and by the champagne method, during a period of 12 months of aging in the bottle on its lees. It pairs well with sausages, seafood, fish, including tataki and tuna tartar and strawberries.
