Juicy, balanced, and fresh, with notes of red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, with subtle hints of vanilla and spice; soft tannins, a very pleasant mouthfeel, and a lingering finish.
Aged for 12 months in American oak.
Suggested pairings: Cured meats, burrata, roasted red meats, grilled vegetables, pasta, and rice dishes.
