Smooth, fresh, and juicy, with notes of ripe blackberries and plums, a hint of grass, and a mineral touch; a long and refreshing mid-palate, with soft tannins and a pleasant finish.
Aged for 11 months in a 5,000-liter foudre and used 500-liter barrels.
Suggested pairings: Burrata, steak tartare, roasted red meats, grilled vegetables, pasta, and rice dishes.
