Very smooth gin, with a very marked floral aroma that completely camouflages the juniper, sometimes making us doubt whether we are drinking a gin.
To differentiate yourself in a market saturated with varieties, you have to break the mold from the initial premise of any gin, it is not enough to add exotic ingredients to the formula, you must try to reinvent the way in which the production process is carried out from the first step. G'Vine does it by changing the initial foundation of the other gins, while those are based on cereals, this gin is made based on the Ugni Blanc grape.
Once the gin alcohol is obtained, the next step is not to infuse it with the botanical ingredients, there is an intermediate step that gives the gin its name, the result of mixing the spirit with the grape flower. The flower of the grape is macerated for several days in neutral alcohol in order to obtain the characteristic floral essence of this gin, it is distilled again in a small Florentine alembic and the infusion is carried out by distillation of the 9 botanical ingredients previously macerates that fill this gin with aromas.
