In Latin America every bite is an explosion of exciting flavors. Each dish is an invitation to explore more of these lands full of culinary magic. This is how I understood that these flavors had to reach Spain and be shared with all those who, like me, love authentic food and full of history.
Here at Lola Sí Mola, the paella del mar has a touch of Pacific freshness and the cochinita pibil tacos are full of the festive soul of Mexico. My shredded meat bao bread is dressed with the intense flavor of the Venezuelan stew and of course, you can't miss the scrambled eggs with ham; What would Spain be without them!
