From our suppliers in ASTIGARRAGA (Guipúzcoa) they send us their juicy and tender Txuletones of Greater beef from northern Europe. The extensive green meadows allow extensive livestock farming with a final intensive cycle providing great quality, since they look for cows with good nutrition and therefore with a good fat supply of the Holstein Friesian, Simmental breeds and their crosses.
These Txuletones have up to 50 days of maturation.
