Cullerot (tadpole in Valencian) is the white par excellence of Celler del Roure. A small white wine that wanted to grow and improve in an area of reds. Its vinification has a lot to do with the process of recovering old clay jars. These containers showed special benefits, providing the purity and freshness that was sought. It is also a beautiful project, because the vines used for its production correspond to viticulturists in the area, owners of old vineyards that were saved from the campaigns to root out native grapes such as Verdil (10% of the blend) or Merseguera ( another 10% of the coupage).
