César Príncipe is an emblematic red wine from the Cigales designation of origin, made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. It is characterized by its elegance and structure, highlighting aromas of ripe black fruits, spices and light notes of vanilla and cocoa, contributed by its aging in French and American oak barrels for approximately 15 months.
On the palate it is powerful, with well-integrated tannins and a long finish, ideal to accompany red meats, game and cured cheeses. A wine with character and depth, which reflects the essence of Cigales and the tradition of the winery.
