A verdejo that never disappoints.
One of the oldest wines in the denomination, being produced for more than 25 years.
Wine made from vines over 25 years old, some pre-phylloxera. This year has been characterized by a very harsh continental climate, with a very cold winter and a short and very hot summer. It is worth noting the important thermal variation between day and night that contributed to a slower ripening of the grapes, allowing excellent acidity indices to be obtained.
After light pressing to extract the yolk musts, it fermented at a low temperature (12-13º) for 25 days.
