This white wine has been made with red grapes of the Bobal variety. For this, it has been collected by hand and has been pressed whole, obtaining a pressing yield of less than 45%. This must has been left cold with its lees for 3 days to absorb the light color extracted and it has been fermented after racking the clean ones at 14ºC. Once mediated, the wine has finished fermenting in French oak barrels.
