Made with Tinta del País from the Burgos parcels of Anguix, where the Áster winery is located, it is aged for 22 months in French oak barrels, ideal to enhance the typical characteristics of this region.

80% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels of several years, performing weekly battonages for two months. The aging took place for 22 months in new French oak barrels (70%) and the rest in French oak from two wines.
