Is made with virgin sugarcane honey instead of molasses and expertly mixed in oak barrels previously containing Bourbon, Jerez and Pedro Ximénez, in a cold climate at more than 2300 meters altitude. Its aging through the Solera System gives rise to an exquisite rum with sweet and fruity aromas with notes of vanilla, caramel and raisins.
