Produced in the Lin Cang District, Yunnan Province in March 2016. This pressed Pu Erh improves naturally over time, progressively developing its distinctive aromas and flavor. In China it is highly valued for its beneficial health effects. Selected from a single parcel of exclusive land at an altitude of 2000-2600 meters and collected only once a year in March. Wild tea trees are between 50 and 80 years old. It is infused in a small quarter-liter teapot that is previously heated with two rinses with water at 90º C. Then this water is removed and about 7 grams of tea and hot water are added for an infusion of 30 seconds. The same tea can be infused more than eight times without losing its qualities.
