Made from the free juice of selected grapes from our best vineyards.
The vineyards are cultivated on sandy loam, granitic and slightly acid soils.
Sustainable production.
Denomination of origin: D.O. Rias Baixas.
Processing and harvest
100% Albariño (12% alc.).
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC for 12 days, stopping the fermentation with cold.
Pairing
Ideal with appetizers, sushi, pasta, fish, rice and shellfish.
