Healthy Hunters is an idea that came from a conversation between four friends who wanted to renew the concept of leisure and food that had been in Madrid to date.
From the beginning, we wanted to avoid the concept of “fast food”, normally associated with an unhealthy and fast-consuming diet. That was how we decided to combine the best of both. On the one hand, from the "fast food" typology, we introduced quick preparation, the take away format and home delivery, and on the other hand, the best of the traditional concept, a successful product and pleasant space, where the place invites you to stay and come back.

At Healthy Hunters we have changed the common association that healthy food cannot be tasty and therefore the cornerstone of our philosophy is poke. Poke is a Hawaiian dish based on rice, a protein and 'toppings' as a side. In our case, in addition to rice we have added quinoa or pasta. The protein is tuna, salmon or tofu and the rest of the ingredients range from freshly cut avocado to ripe mango to onion marinated in vinegar and juicy edamame.
