MOUTH: Energetic, with personality, it fills the mouth with fruity contributions and quality silky tannins. Delicate, elegant, very tasty, persistent and with a long, broad and balanced finish.

Tasting note:
Bright and intense red color that denotes youth. On the nose it is clean, fragrant, with aromatic complexity, where the fruity aromas of blackberry, red plum and figs stand out, and with perfumed floral notes of wild rose and spices of cloves and laurel. On the palate it is broad, vibrant and fresh, but with the softness and friendliness of its very fine-grained ripe tannins that cover the palate. Very persistent, with a long aftertaste and great projection, which will improve in the bottle over the years.

Great concentration of color, stains the glass. Very serious, attractive nose, without orifices. Mineral notes of grato, candied fruit and spices stand out, reminiscent of licorice stick, clove, black pepper,... with a subtle, almost medicinal touch of juniper wood. On the palate, its smooth entry stands out, which then gives way to a wine of great energy, fleshy, with nerve, lively, electric... that lifts you out of the chair! A purebred wine that maintains a harmonious balance of structure, alcohol and acidity. With great aging potential, it will age in the bottle for many, many years.

Pale, clean and bright. It immediately displays its generous aromatic range, beginning with a very fresh, mineral, citrusy nose of grapefruit and tangerine, almost tropical, to slowly give way to a soft perfume of acacia gold, rose petals, ginger and white fruit (pear Williams). It ends with a sample of the maturity of the vintage, apricot, nectarine, lychee, notes of coconut and pear in syrup. Its breadth on the palate stands out, even more aromatic, unctuous, almost chewy but very fresh, with a lively, well-integrated acidity. Very persistent and long.
