Rooibos is not a Tea, in the botanical sense of the term, but its justified popularity is such, however, that it would be a shame to miss its excellent qualities. It comes from Southern Africa. A Rooibos, of excellent quality like the one we propose, provides a firm, dense, almost velvety infusion on the palate, very aromatic and often spicy. It does not contain theine and almost no tannins.
