High quality Premium Gin, its unique, easy to drink, powerful and complex flavor is the result of a process in which every detail has been taken care of.
Produced since 1980 in Puerto de Santa María de Cádiz, Spain, by the company Rives Pitman S.A., it is the only 100% Andalusian gin that is made entirely by hand in a traditional copper still. The process includes a double distillation, obtaining a neutral and pure alcohol to which the 11 different botanical species are added, proceeding to a third and final distillation, of which only the central or heart part is used.
It has clean aromas, smooth complexity in which juniper tones stand out, in the mouth balance between alcohol and rich nuances. Fresh and personal aftertaste with a predominance of toasted almonds.
