One of the most excellent Teas in China. Originally from the Zhejiang province in the Tieh Mu Mountains. It is recognized by the folded shape of the leaves that mimics the original shape of the buds of the Tea bushes. Its perfume is delicate, with a slightly sweet and silky taste. Long and velvety infusion in the mouth, with a light perfume reminiscent of roasted chestnuts and golden yellow. It leaves an astringency throughout the mouth and its aftertaste is persistent. It has a great harmony between aromas, texture and flavor.
